Do you provide ODM customization services?
Yes. With a professional team of 6 designers and an experienced R&D department, we offer one-stop ODM solutions, covering industrial design, structural design, mold development, and mass production.
How do you protect my design and business confidentiality?
We place great importance on intellectual property protection. Before project initiation, we are willing to sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure that your ideas, design files, and business information remain fully confidential.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory is certified under ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System. Our products comply with international standards such as CE, ROHS, FCC, and EMC. In addition, the ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System is currently under certification.
How long does it take to ship samples?
For standard samples of existing products, we guarantee shipment within 1 business day, allowing you to quickly evaluate product quality. For customized samples, the lead time will be assessed based on the complexity of the requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible order models. For OEM private-label manufacturing, we support a low minimum order quantity (MOQ of 1 piece), making it ideal for startups or brands in the market testing stage.
